On the next day's game drive, we were greeted immediatelyby a solitary hippo wandering about the landing strip, far from the river. With few clouds, the light was great as we encountered a large herd of giraffe. Driving further we encountered a den of hyenas perhaps as blend many as a dozen with several cubs that occasionally popped their heads up. One hyena held a wildebeest's leg in its mouth, refusing to let go. Then Waziri spotted a concentration of buzzards, so we took off in that direction to investigate. A huge gathering of perhaps 40 buzzards of several species were attacking a wildebeest carcass, with much squawking and jostling for position.
Liability. Maybe this is a small issue to some people but I always worry about liability, I have business liability insurance for my very small route in case some hair brained parent gives a 1 year old baby a gumball that then chokes. Of course they'll sue 3d motion multi directional me for their own ignorance of this I have no doubt! But I digress. I've always wondered if these products are tested. Who tests them? What's in them? Are they FDA approved? I'm guessing probably not because they're an herbal or natural product. Call me overly cautious but this makes me nervous.

Corkscrews are cheap and easy to use, but there is a variety of fancy electric and battery operated wine openers. A small cutting board is perfect for slicing garnishes and you'll want a pairing knife to go along with it. A citrus zester, swizzle sticks, and lemon/lime squeezers are also good to have handy. You can get away without them, but if you're serious about your barware, then they are a worthy investment. If you're serving guests, use an ice bucket and tongs rather then leaving the ice cube tray out. It's also just good etiquette not to touch other people's ice.
